Coming 2026
Viking Libra is scheduled for delivery from Fincantieri's Ancona shipyard in November 2026. She is set to be the world's first hydrogen-powered cruise ship. Her propulsion will run partly on liquefied hydrogen and fuel cells, producing up to six megawatts and allowing zero-emission operation. Otherwise she follows Viking's newer design of about 54,300 gross tons, with 499 staterooms for up to 998 guests.
