Frequently Asked Questions
Find instant answers to top queries regarding cruise reservations, payments, and our cancellation terms.
How do I reserve a cabin and modify my booking?
You can easily reserve your cabin online or by speaking to our cruise team. To finalize a reservation, we require full legal names, birth dates, and citizenship details for all travelers. Modifying cabin category or traveler info can be made under ‘My Account’ or through support.
What is the booking cancellation and refund timeline?
Cancellations made 90+ days before sailing receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations between 89 and 60 days before sailing forfeit deposit value. Tiered penalty rates apply closer to departure, and no-shows within 14 days are completely non-refundable. Vacation protection plans are strongly advised.
Can I change my itinerary or transfer the reservation to a friend?
Itinerary switches and transfer of ownership are permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to current cabin rates and a minor change fee. Standard typographical spelling corrections on tickets are corrected entirely free of charge at any stage.
Are taxes, port fees, and daily gratuities included in the price?
Fares cover room, standard meals, and key entertainment venues. Government port taxes and specific administrative fees are extra costs compiled during booking checkout. Shipboard gratuities can be prepaid or automatically debited daily to your stateroom card during your voyage.
When is the final balance due for standard cruises?
Final billing is typically due exactly 90 days before embarkation day. Holiday, trans-oceanic, or world cruises have an earlier final payment date set at 120 days. Automated invoice warnings are sent via email beforehand to ensure timely payments.
