Silversea Cruises
Expedition · Galápagos
Silver Origin was built at the De Hoop shipyard in the Netherlands as Silversea's first ship designed for a single destination, the Galápagos Islands. She was delivered in June 2020 and welcomed her first guests in June 2021 after the pandemic pause. She carries 100 guests in balcony suites with butler service. A team of Ecuadorian expert guides leads excursions, which start from the ship's Basecamp hub.
