Holland America Line
Oosterdam joined Holland America Line in 2003 as the second Vista-class ship. Its sisters are Zuiderdam, Westerdam and Noordam. Princess Margriet of the Netherlands christened it in Rotterdam. Like its sisters, it uses glass extensively, and its propulsion combines diesel engines, a gas turbine and Azipod thrusters. Oosterdam is planned to be the first ship to receive the line's 2027 Evolution refurbishment.
