Princess Cruises
Coral Princess is the lead ship of Princess's two-ship Coral class. Built at Chantiers de l'Atlantique in France, she entered service in January 2003. She is a Panamax vessel sized for the Panama Canal locks, and her sister is Island Princess. She was the first Princess ship with a gas-turbine generator, which is housed in the funnel. That placement freed lower decks for public spaces.
