Carnival Cruise Lines
Coming 2028
Carnival Tropicale will be the fifth Excel-class ship and is scheduled to debut in spring 2028, a year after sister ship Carnival Festivale. Carnival says she will include many of the new features planned for Festivale, along with more concepts and themes of her own. Full venue details have not yet been announced. Her name revives Carnival's original Tropicale, which entered service in 1982 as the line's first newbuild.
