Carnival Magic is the second Dream-class ship and joined sisters Carnival Dream and Carnival Breeze in 2011. Several Carnival favorites started on board. These include the RedFrog Pub, Cucina del Capitano Italian restaurant and SportSquare, an open-air recreation area with the SkyCourse ropes course. She also has the Dream-class Lanai, an outdoor promenade that wraps around the ship.
