Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. By booking a passage with Cruise Co Legal, you agree to the dynamic conditions, scheduling updates, and refund schedules outlined below.

Booking Terms & Conditions

All reservations are made subject to space availability and confirmation of deposit payment. Guests must ensure all registration details match their valid government-issued passports. Standard cruise passage includes onboard accommodation, basic meal plans, and standard port-to-port maritime transport.

Payment Policies

To guarantee your stateroom selection, an initial deposit of 20% of the total cruise fare must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled sail date. Late payments may result in immediate booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations submitted more than 90 days before departure qualify for a full refund minus a standard administration processing fee. Within the 90-day window, graduated cancellation fees apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations processed within 14 days of sailing, or in the event of passenger no-shows.

Liability Limitations

Cruise Co Legal acts as a vessel operator and is not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or disruptions resulting from acts of God, extreme sea weather, structural maritime accidents, or government mandated quarantine protocols. All guests are highly encouraged to buy separate, third-party travel insurance coverage.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These booking terms, conditions, and passenger policies are governed by and construed strictly in accordance with international maritime regulations and the state laws of Florida, United States. Any legal actions or formal disputes must be filed within the designated municipal courts of Miami, Florida.
