Encore launched the Encore class for Seabourn at the end of 2016 and is a sister to Seabourn Ovation. She carries about 600 guests, and every suite has a veranda. Dining includes Sushi, which debuted on this ship, and Solis, a Mediterranean restaurant that replaced The Grill by Thomas Keller in 2024. The Retreat is a sundeck sanctuary with private cabanas, including one for spa treatments.
