Our roots go back to the 1960s, and our advisors help Bay Area travelers plan ocean, river and luxury cruises with every major cruise line. There are no booking fees.
Booking a cruise online is easy. Booking the right cruise is harder. Cabin location, ship age, itinerary timing, port times and which fare to choose all make a difference, and a cruise line’s call center works for the cruise line. Our advisors work for you. We compare sailings across cruise lines, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and stay with you from the first question until you are home again.

Our story began in the 1960s with the International Employees Clubs and The Travel Company, which served aerospace families, technology pioneers and corporate teams from offices in Sunnyvale and Atherton. The agency turned its full attention to cruising in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Today, as The Cruise Company, we are an independent agency based in Woodside and led by owner Angelina Marques.
